Our website is operated by Simpel and is hosted by Shopify Inc., who provides us with an online e-commerce website that allows us to sell our products and services to you. For example, an email to you confirming your purchase may involve transmissions over various networks and undergo changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements. However, credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any element of our service without written permission from us. Headings used in this agreement are for convenience purposes only and will not limit or affect any of our terms. 

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION 

The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be solely relied upon for making decisions. While Simpel strives to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete or current. Simpel reserves the right to modify any content or services on our website without prior notice. This includes but is not limited to pricing changes, modifications to descriptions or content, discontinuation of products or services, posting of articles, modification or suspension of services, or discontinuation of services. Simpel may include content that is not necessarily current and is provided for informational purposes only. We shall not be liable for any modifications to our services. 

SELLING OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES 

Simpel reserves the right to refuse or limit the sale of any Simpel product or service to any person or geographic region and may exercise this right at any time. This includes reducing or declining any order or service requested. Simpel may choose to refuse any order placed by resellers, dealers, or distributors. Products and services may be available solely through our online web store, and may have limited quantities. They are subject to return or exchange in accordance with Simpel's return policy. While we aim to display all items and colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will represent the product color exactly as intended. The quality of the product, service, or information obtained by you may not meet your expectations, and we cannot be held liable for such discrepancies. 

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 

By purchasing through Simpel, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information to complete the transaction, including contact name, address, phone number, billing/shipping address, and email. The information provided by you will be deemed accurate by us, and we take no responsibility for errors or mistakes in that information. You warrant that the information provided is lawful and not being unlawfully used to purchase goods from us. If the information provided is in doubt, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notice.

PRE-ORDERS 

Pre-orders are orders for products that are not yet available for general sale from Simpel. To place a pre-order, you will need to provide certain information, including your name, address, and billing information. It is your responsibility to ensure this information is accurate and up to date. Pre-order payments represent your offer to buy the product when it is generally released or restocked in your region. The offer is only accepted once the pre-ordered product is dispatched. You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund before the product is dispatched. Shipping dates are subject to change, and we cannot be held liable for any changes to release dates or pre-order shipping dates. Pre-orders placed with Simpel can be cancelled prior to notification of dispatch and a tracking number being provided. In such cases, a full refund of any pre-order payment will be offered. We reserve the right to amend these terms, and any updates will be available on our website.

Simpel may provide access to third-party services or websites, which we do not monitor or have control over. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content provided by these third parties and shall not be held liable for any harm or damages related to your use of third-party links or tools. By following any third-party links, you do so at your own risk, and the terms and conditions of the third party apply. We encourage you to review the relevant terms and policies before engaging with third-party services or websites. Simpel does not warrant the use of any third-party tools or websites. 

USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK, AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS 

Any comments or submissions made by you directly to Simpel, including creative ideas, proposals, suggestions, or contest entries, may be edited, copied, distributed, translated, and/or published by Simpel at our discretion. We are not obligated to respond to any comment or maintain any comments in confidence, nor are we required to provide compensation. We reserve the right to monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine to be threatening, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, libelous, offensive, violating service terms and/or policies, or any other content that we deem inappropriate. You agree not to violate our terms or policies or the rights of any third party, and you acknowledge that your comments should not contain abusive, libelous, unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or computer virus-related content. 

Cancellations

Purchasing from us should be Simpel and hassle-free. We hope you are always completely satisfied with the products you purchase. However, if you need to cancel an order for any reason, we have a straightforward policy and process to assist you. 

Cancellation Policy Statement 

If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us as soon as possible to help mitigate any processing costs. If you cancel before your order is shipped, we will issue a full refund upon receiving your written instruction and confirmation. 

If you notify us after your order has been shipped, we will be unable to refund the shipping cost or the cost to return the goods to us. We will only be able to refund the cost of the goods once they have been returned in new, saleable condition.

Cancellation Process 

Contact Simpel via our contact page as soon as you realise you would like to cancel your order. 

Cancellation Notice Received before Shipping 

Simpel will cancel shipping and provide a refund for your order. 

Cancellation Notice Received after Shipment has been sent, Simpel will: 

Provide a return form.

Issue a part refund (refunding the items, minus shipping costs) once the goods have been received by Simpel.  

Returning the cancelled order

Upon receiving your cancelled order, please make arrangements for the return collection. We kindly request that you refrain from opening the packaging if you do not intend to keep the items. This precautionary measure ensures the products remain undamaged and expedites the return process.

The customer's responsibility for cancelled items 

It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the return shipment of the goods and ensure that they are appropriately packed and protected to prevent any damage during transit. Our aim is for the items to arrive back at Simpel in pristine condition, just as they were when initially received.
