DISPATCH Timelines - UPS & DHL EXPRESS.

    • Orders placed by 12:00/Noon, Monday – Friday
      Dispatched the same day.
    • Orders placed after 12:00/Noon, Monday – Friday
      Dispatched the following day.
    • Orders placed between Friday 12:00/Noon - Sunday 23:59
      Dispatched on the following collection date (Monday, Except on Bank Holiday).

Our couriers deliver from Monday – Friday (Except during Bank/Public Holidays). Please also be aware that Bank/Public Holidays can affect the dispatch schedule listed above.

**Islands and Highlands transit times: 5 plus working days.

We take pride in our customer service and strive to deliver orders on time. However, please note that on rare occasions, due to factors beyond our control, these timelines may not be met, and deliveries could take longer.

 

Shipping Fees – Australia & New Zealand

Orders under AUD $300 = AUD $50 – Standard Delivery (3–10 business days)

Orders over AUD $300 = AUD $25 – Standard Delivery (3–10 business days)

Wetsuit orders = Free shipping when you sign up to our mailing list

Remote area delivery times may vary from above.

Mainland Orders over £50 = FREE - STANDARD DELIVERY (up to 5 days) - includes UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man.

Mainland Orders under £50 = £4.95 STANDARD DELIVERY (up to 5 days) – includes UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man.

Mainland Urgent orders = £8.95 EXPRESS DELIVERY* – 1-2 days UK Mainland only*

Channel Islands = £15.00 STANDARD DELIVERY (up to 5 days)

For any order being shipped to an address outside of the UK (Europe Mainland)

DHL Express Delivery = £30

Buying from outside the UK? IMPORT DUTY, TAX, and SURCHARGES

Please ensure that you are aware of your country's import tax and duty charges before placing an order. Simpel will not accept liability for any additional import tax and duty charges issued by your country's national import office. Such charges are issued by the recipient's country's national import office and are beyond the control of Simpel. Import duty is typically calculated based on the value of your purchase, and tax rates may vary from country to country. If you have any doubts, please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.

We can ship to select European countries/islands without including VAT if they are not subject to EU rules. Examples of such regions include the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Switzerland, and more (list is not exhaustive). If you live in a country where VAT may not apply, please reach out to us for a discussion on the optimal options for purchasing and VAT recovery.

DISPATCH OR DELIVERY DELAY?

At Simpel, we are dedicated to enhancing the customer experience by closely monitoring our internal processes and collaborating with our courier partners to ensure timely deliveries. Although delays are rare, we understand that mistakes and unforeseen circumstances can occasionally occur. In such situations, we will promptly reach out to you to address the issue:

Despite our stringent controls, there may be instances where stock items go missing. If, by any chance, we discover that your ordered item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss the available alternatives.

Typographical errors are often the cause of delays. If we find that the information you provided requires verification, we will promptly reach out to you for clarification.

To strengthen fraud prevention measures, we regularly conduct checks to validate card numbers with postal addresses and postcodes. Occasionally, these checks may reveal discrepancies, and we may need to contact you for resolution.

Please note that Simpel cannot be held responsible for delays or missing parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer. Furthermore, Simpel cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, adverse weather conditions, customs clearance, or any other unforeseen events.

DELIVERY FAQS

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?

Simpel offers a range of delivery options for you to select during the checkout process (See "Shipping Fees" for more information). Your purchase will be handled and delivered by one of the world's leading courier companies, ensuring the safe delivery of your product. If you wish to track your parcel, you can email us quoting your order number, and we will happily check the progress of your parcel and report back.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME?

Our couriers will leave a card explaining where your package is, along with the package tracking number. Please follow the instructions on the missed delivery card to organize collection or schedule a new delivery time.

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED. WHERE IS IT?

Very few orders should be delayed, but the most common delays are due to:

    • An attempted delivery has been made, but no one was available to receive it (a card should always be left by the courier to notify you of this).
    • Inclement weather.
    • Direct or indirect strike action causing delays.
    • Incorrect address provided.

CAN I COLLECT ITEMS FROM THE WAREHOUSE?

You can collect your item form the warehouse! While we encourage you to receive your order via a courier to maintain efficiency, feel free to contact us if you prefer to collect your items directly from our warehouse and we will arrange a suitable time for collection. Please note that during busy periods, we may be unable to allocate a preferred collection time. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS TO THE WAREHOUSE?

You can return your item via a courier, or directly to our warehouse. Please do contact us if you prefer to return items directly to our warehouse and we will arrange a suitable time for this. Regardless of whether your product is returned in person or via post, please ensure that the returns procedure has been followed prior to returning.

HOW WILL MY GOODS BE PACKAGED?

All goods are carefully packaged using durable, lightweight, and waterproof bags provided by the courier. If you are unhappy with the condition of your delivery, please notify us immediately.

CAN I REQUEST MY PARCEL TO BE LEFT IN A SECURE LOCATION BY THE COURIER?

Upon your request, we are happy to note any specific delivery details for the courier to follow. However, by following your request, we transfer all liabilities to the receiver in the event of a lost item after delivery. This means you will be liable for all communication with the courier and any associated costs in the event of a missing parcel. Therefore, we advise against requesting this service.
