Returns Policy Statement
If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your item purchased from Simpel within 30 days of purchase, you may return providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original, saleable condition. Please note that this policy applies only to the territory you purchased the item. You must provide proof of purchase for your return to be processed.
Returning a NEW (unused) item.
When returning a new item, please ensure the following to ensure your refund is processes quickly:
- The item is in its original, new condition as it was delivered to you.
- The item is packaged according to the provided guidelines.
- The communicated returns form is completed and information indicated is included in the package with the item.
Returning a warranty (used) item.
When returning a used item due to a potential fault, please ensure the following to ensure your warranty item is process as quick as possible:
- The item is clean and dry.
- The item is packaged according to the provided guidelines.
- The communicated returns form is completed and information as indicated is included in the package with the item.
Please note that Simpel reserves the right to refuse any items that do not comply with our returns procedure and policy. Simpel also reserves the right to withhold the reimbursement of any return shipping cost in cases unrelated to warranty issue such as instances of a change of mind.
Exchanges, Store Credit, and Refunds
Exchanges, store credit, and refunds for new (unused) items returned within the 30-day returns period will be handled in accordance with the customer's request once the item and all relevant information has been received by Simpel.
